WALK-THROUGH INSTRUMENT With input from the administrative and leadership teams, I created a google form walk-through instrument. The tool is aligned with the district's new instructional framework. The administrative team completes between 15-20 walk-throughs each week. The feedback is automatically forwarded to the administrative team members and the teacher. We use the data to decide on upcoming professional development and to coach teachers. |

SCHOOL-WIDE LESSON PLAN TEMPLATE
The administrative team worked during the summer to create a lesson plan template that reflects the district's new instructional framework. Teachers complete this lesson plan template weekly and upload it to a google drive folder.

DATA PLC
I planned and led our first data PLC to identify our EVAAS groups. We discussed strategies for each of our groups and focused on targeting our EOG "bubble" students. This PLC was the foundation for future PLCs where we compared benchmark scores and other data to our EVAAS predictions.

The administrative team created a new master schedule in response to academic test results and teacher feedback. We arranged a Wednesday rotation in order to protect planning times for teachers. We also changed our PLC meeting days from Wednesdays to Tuesdays based off of data gathered from the Teacher Working Conditions survey. We also took into account our students on the modified-day schedule. |
The administrative team collaborated with the Title 1 FOCUS tutors to create an interventionist schedule for reading and math. The schedule was tailored to target students based off of EVAAS data. The team ensured that students would not miss core instruction during the tutoring pullout. |

During my summer internship with the Migrant Program, I created a master schedule so that all five of our classes could attend a virtual field trip at the Agate Fossil Beds National Monument. I considered each academic subject, electives, lunch, recess, and teacher planning to create this schedule. |
